So, finally got a chance to sit down and write another post! It's been a very busy week, and things aren't slowing down either! But that's okay, that's pretty much my lifestyle!
Anyway, this post is to tell you readers a bit about me. :)
I'm 16, and I live in the beautiful city Christchurch (yes, beautiful, shakes and all!). I love my family, my friends, my church and my school. My passions include:
-Writing, there's just something about getting a good story out or all my problems down on paper.
-Music/Drama, I play saxophone and a bit of guitar, can note bash on a piano, and LOVE to sing and dance! I also take drama at school, which is awesome, but very busy!
-Good food, eating it, not so much making it!
-Good company! I can talk until the cows come home, and love conversations that last for ages with people I can't get enough of! Being social is important to me, making connections that last a lifetime!
-God. He is amazing, and I don't know where I'd be without Him! I've grown up in a christian home, and Jesus has always been a big part of my life!
I'm involved in a lot, in and out of school, and the biggest thing in my life at the moment is the school production. As well as being part of the chorus, I'm also head of hair and makeup, something else I enjoy working with! Other things include: Jazz Band, Show Choir, Cell Group, Sunday School, Leadership Committees, Work (I babysit on a permanent basis), and a heck of a lot of school work! Also the Formal is coming up, which is a lot of work in itself! (You may have noticed there is a lack of sports on there, I'm not a sportsperson and probably never will be!)
Though as stressed/grumpy/tired as I get, I love my crazy busy life! There's always something interesting going on, life is never boring!
So that's a bit about what I do. As for me, myself, I am a brilliant procrastinator. I love firetrucks and spend way too much time on facebook. I can be over-dramatic at times, but am also good at being realistic. I go to bed too late, spend my money on rubbish, and don't know what I want to do when I leave school. My favorite jelly beans are the orange ones, and strawberry is my favorite ice-cream flavor (if you want to make me happy/bribe me, that is what you use). I have an american accent, but I was born here and I've never been to the states. (My Mum is american). My favorite color is pink, but I wear a lot of purple. My eyes are grey, but can look very green. I have a very strong opinion about most things (as you will soon find out) and will share it when asked. I have strong sense of right and wrong, and will fight for fairness, though I am learning to accept that some things are never made right. I am known for being maternal and unfortunately I tend to correct my friends (which annoys some of them endlessly). I speak out of turn and say stupid things! I hate not understanding things (and there are a lot of things I don't understand!).
I'm doing my best to improve myself day by day (with God's help!), and I know I'll achieve everything I want to eventually! I just have to learn to wait.
So that's me in a nutshell. I wrote a lot, I apologize, but oh well! :)
